🌍 Getting Started

I’m coming on my own — will I meet people?
Yes — absolutely! Around 80% of our customers travel solo. You’ll be living and working with like-minded people, and we’ll introduce you to others straight away. You’ll make friends very quickly.


Can I come with a friend?
Of course. If you’re travelling together, we’ll do our best to place you in the same accommodation. Your rep will confirm preferences before arrival.


How do I know who else is going?
Once you place your deposit, you’ll be added to your resort’s group chat where you can meet everyone before you travel.


📦 Package & Accommodation

What’s included in the package?

  • 28 days accommodation (with option to extend)
  • Airport transfer on arrival
  • Welcome pack (t-shirt, wristband, info)
  • Job trials and recruitment support
  • Full in-resort assistance

Is the accommodation safe?
Yes. All apartments are secure, with lockable doors and safety deposit boxes. Many locations also have CCTV.


Why do I need to pay a damage deposit?
This is fully refundable and covers any potential damage to the apartment. If no damage is caused, you receive your full deposit back.


Why is 2 weeks’ notice required for deposit return?
We rent apartments from third parties, so this allows us time to replace your space and avoid unnecessary costs.


💼 Jobs & Work

Is a job guaranteed?
We guarantee job trials, not jobs. Employers need to meet you first — but we support you throughout the process to help you secure work quickly.


How do job trials work?
You’ll attend a trial shift where you’ll receive basic training and be assessed by a manager. If successful, you’ll usually start work immediately.


💳 Payments & Booking

When do I need to pay in full?
Your full balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.


What if I book last minute?
If your travel date is within 6 weeks, you may need to pay in full immediately (subject to availability).

✈️ Travel & Preparation

Are flights included?
No. Flight prices change frequently, so we don’t include them. However, we guide you on the best options.


Do I need insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Backpacker or long-stay insurance is best.


Do I need a visa?
EU travellers do not need a visa. Non-EU travellers should check requirements based on their country.


🏝️ While You’re There

Can I leave and come back during the season?
Yes — as long as your accommodation is paid, your space is secure.


Can I have guests stay overnight?
Yes, but please be respectful of your flatmates and accommodation rules.


Can I party in the apartment?
Yes — but be respectful of others who may be working early shifts.


💰 Money

How much money should I bring?
We recommend around €500 to cover you until you start earning.


Cash or card?
Either is fine. Prepaid travel cards are a good option to avoid fees.
