RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Sunpro Working Holidays


1. OVERVIEW

Sunpro Working Holidays provides travel and service-based packages which begin processing immediately upon booking confirmation.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that services commence straight away and costs are incurred from that point.


2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments made to Sunpro Working Holidays are non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • booking deposits
  • instalment payments
  • full package payments
  • additional services

Payments are used to secure:

  • accommodation arrangements
  • third-party services
  • operational and administrative costs

As these costs are committed immediately, refunds are not provided once a booking is confirmed.


3. CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

You may cancel your booking at any time.

However:

  • all deposits are non-refundable
  • payments already made are not refundable due to costs already incurred

An administration fee may be applied to cover processing and associated costs.


4. NON-ATTENDANCE

Failure to attend or participate in your working holiday does not entitle you to a refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • change of mind
  • inability to travel
  • financial reasons
  • failure to secure employment
  • personal or medical circumstances

5. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Requests to change dates or destinations may be considered at our discretion.

  • Changes are not guaranteed
  • Administration fees may apply
  • Changes do not entitle you to a refund

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Sunpro Working Holidays works with independent third-party providers, including accommodation suppliers and local businesses.

We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or performance of third-party providers.


7. SUPPLIER FAILURE & SERVICE CHANGES

In the event that a third-party provider (including accommodation providers) withdraws, cancels, or is unable to fulfil their obligations:

  • Sunpro Working Holidays shall not be held liable for such failure
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to your booking

This may include:

  • alternative accommodation
  • alternative destinations
  • alternative travel dates

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative that closely matches your original booking.


8. ALTERNATIVES IN PLACE OF REFUNDS

Where services are affected by circumstances outside of our control, including third-party provider failure:

  • Sunpro Working Holidays will provide reasonable alternative arrangements
  • Refunds will not be issued where suitable alternatives are made available

This reflects that funds may already be committed to third-party providers and operational arrangements.


9. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In circumstances where:

  • a suitable alternative cannot be provided, or
  • a refund is required by law

Sunpro Working Holidays reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • partial refund
  • credit towards future travel
  • alternative arrangements

Each case will be assessed individually.


10. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By completing your booking, you confirm that you:

  • have read and understood this policy
  • accept the non-refundable nature of payments
  • agree to the terms outlined above
