Sunpro Working Holidays


1. ABOUT US

Sunpro Working Holidays provides structured working holiday experiences, including accommodation arrangements, administrative support, and assistance with accessing work opportunities abroad.

We operate through our website and associated platforms and are registered in the United Kingdom.


2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 17 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

You must inform us of any medical conditions or circumstances that may affect your participation.


3. BOOKING & CONTRACT

A legally binding contract is formed once:

  • You submit your application
  • Your booking is accepted by Sunpro Working Holidays

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.


4. NATURE OF SERVICE

Sunpro Working Holidays provides a working holiday package, not a guarantee of a specific job, accommodation provider, or exact location.

Services commence immediately upon booking and may include:

  • Administrative processing
  • Accommodation coordination
  • Employer introductions
  • Pre-departure guidance
  • Ongoing support

Due to the immediate commencement of services, cancellation rights are limited as outlined below.


5. DESTINATION & ACCOMMODATION FLEXIBILITY (IMPORTANT)

While a preferred destination may be selected at the time of booking, specific destinations, accommodation providers, and exact properties are not guaranteed.

Due to reliance on third-party providers, Sunpro Working Holidays reserves the right to:

  • Change accommodation providers
  • Change locations or destinations
  • Adjust travel dates

Where changes are necessary, we will provide reasonable alternative arrangements that aim to reflect the nature and value of the original booking.


6. PAYMENTS

  • A deposit is required to secure your place
  • The deposit is non-refundable
  • Remaining balances must be paid as agreed

Payment Deadlines

All bookings are subject to a final balance deadline, typically 6 weeks prior to departure, as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Payment plans are offered for convenience only and do not override final payment deadlines.

Failure to Pay

Failure to:

  • Meet payment deadlines
  • Complete instalments
    may result in:
  • Cancellation of your booking
  • Loss of all payments made

7. PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

By agreeing to a payment plan, you authorise Sunpro Working Holidays to process payments automatically.

If payments fail, we reserve the right to:

  • Retry payments
  • Cancel the booking

8. CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel your booking at any time.

However:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Payments already made may not be recoverable due to costs already incurred

Each case may be reviewed reasonably at our discretion.


9. SUPPLIER FAILURE & CHANGES

Sunpro Working Holidays works with independent third-party providers.

Where a provider withdraws, fails, or cannot fulfil their obligations:

  • We are not liable for the supplier’s failure
  • We may modify your booking as necessary

This may include:

  • Alternative accommodation
  • Alternative destinations
  • Alternative dates

10. ALTERNATIVES IN PLACE OF REFUNDS

Where services are affected by circumstances outside of our control, including supplier failure:

  • We will provide reasonable alternative arrangements
  • Refunds will not be issued where suitable alternatives are available

Refunds will only be provided where:

  • No reasonable alternative can be offered, or
  • Required by law

11. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

We are not responsible for the actions, performance, or failure of third-party providers, including accommodation suppliers and employers.


12. EMPLOYMENT

We assist in providing access to job opportunities.

However:

  • Employment is not guaranteed
  • Securing and maintaining employment is your responsibility

13. INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses
  • Personal belongings
  • Travel disruption

We are not liable for losses due to lack of insurance.


14. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunpro Working Holidays is not liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Travel disruption
  • Third-party failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful.


15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside our control, including:

  • Supplier failure
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Travel disruptions

16. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where necessary.

Where possible, alternatives will be offered.


17. GENERAL

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Sunpro Working Holidays.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance.
